    Lovely little cafe with its indoor/outdoor seating where you can watch traffic buzz by and people saunter on.

    I ordered a hot Earl grey and the French toast. Wow! Better be hungry if you get this for breakfast! There were 4 perfectly crispy pieces of French toast along with what might have been a whole sliced banana and a cup of strawberries on top, with a side of syrup.

    The staff was friendly and service was on point. I'll gladly come back here again!

    Coffee & pastry were tasty but service wasn't good.

    Personally, I wasn't given adequate answers to my questions. I only had TWO questions... It's not like answering 2 simple questions warrants attitude & lack of service.

    When I asked another staff member my second question that was previously left unanswered or ambiguous, I was the given an adequate answer that would have made me grateful to begin with. Also, I was told that it was a busy weekend & their customers were short with them and they are tired. I was told this in a very nice way but that is what I was told. So, even the nice customers don't get the best treatment under these conditions.

    I'm sorry that you had a rough weekend but I didn't approach you with an attitude & therefore I definitely don't deserve to be treated the way I was treated.

    I really enjoy this place for a morning cup o' joe. The baristas are very kind and accommodating and the pastries and little desserts are first rate.

    Of course where this place excels is in providing very good coffee at a reasonable price. And when I say good I mean really good, they only use the finest beans on the planet - this ain't Starbucks! No young grubby hipster bellowing your name then giving you the wrong order.

    Nice place to chat over coffee too as it is in the lobby of The Ritz. For what more could you ask?

    Service was great! The coffee kinda tasted just like tap water though, so a bit disappointing for what I paid. I got the aria or something but maybe it just didn't taste right to me because I was trying to be too adventurous with what I was ordering.

    After several requests, iLLY's stepped up their offering of treats and in Togo containers!

    Like that it Opens at 05:00 - 8:00p EVERYDAY very clean and staff super friendly A+
